Overview
Newton School is an Ed-tech platform that helps students to up-skill and prepare for various tech roles and help them get placed in top tech companies.
Prism Icon library was one of the main design led projects in our brand experience initiative. It is a 300+ icon library specially designed to cater the needs of the newton’s various digital products. The aim was to make simple, universal icons that resonates with newton’s brand. I led the project from concept, design to implementation in the design system and dev.

Integrating in Design System
It was important for the icon library to be used by fellow designs and hence, each icon both at component and variant level were equipped with keywords which helped in better search in Figma asset search. These keywords also denoted what these icons represent hence, helping designers choose the appropriate icon in context.
